Keep in mind that for especially high quality posters, you will need high quality paper as well, especially if your posters are going to be outside or else the color will run and the poster will be ruined. Try to get weather proof paper or high quality satin paper; it costs more, but your posters will last a long longer which means that you’ll be able to get your message out better. However, if you want to start with smaller posters and normal paper, you can do that just fine as well; just make sure to use them inside where they won’t be damaged as quickly.

Creating your own posters take creativity and the right printing supplies, but it’s a great feeling to see work that you have made advertising your events all around the place where you live.
